If you’ve ruled out private school because of the price tag, look again. Many private schools, like the International School of Denver, offer financial aid packages that can bring private school within reach.

At the International School of Denver, for example, we set aside around 11% of our operating budget annually specifically for financial assistance. As an immersion and International Baccalaureate World School, we have faculty, staff, and students from around the world. We celebrate our rich backgrounds and stories and commit to economic diversity as part of our inclusion.

What is sometimes surprising to families is that the average household income of those applying for financial assistance at the International School of Denver is $173,510. The average financial assistance package covers 36% of tuition, with additional assistance available for school clubs, summer camps, and grade-level trips.

Review the websites of the schools you are considering to learn more about their financial aid offerings. Talk with the respective Admissions team. At ISDenver, we try to make the process as simple as possible. Most people say they can complete the financial assistance application in thirty minutes or less.

Here are 3 quick things you need to do:

  1. Create an account in Clarity.
  2. Complete the application by January 31.
  3. Pay the $60 application fee.

The Admissions application is also due January 31 for priority consideration. You’ll receive your award package at the same time as your Admissions decision so that you can make an informed decision for your family.
