1st Place Campus Artificial Turf:

• $70/hr Monday-Sunday

1st Place Campus Mary Louise Evans Library:

• $75/hr Monday-Sunday

1st Place Campus Classroom rental:

• $45/hr Monday-Sunday

CFU (Colorado Free University) Ballroom:

• $65/hr Monday-Sunday

CFU (Colorado Free University) Classrooms: 

• $40/hr Monday-Sunday
  • If a 24-hour rental is required, pricing will be determined based on availability and specific needs.

Additional Fees:

• ISDenver employee staffing - $50 per person per hour*
  • *Depending on the needs of each rental
• Special Event Flat Rate Fee 
  • Rates for Special Events will be determined on a per usage basis and agreed upon by the parties. 
  • Includes set-up, break down, and clean up
• Soundsystem: TBD based on needs

Facility rentals are only available on days that the campus is open. Proof of insurance is required.
