• Advanced registration is required for all summer programs. Registration closes two weeks prior to the camp start date. 
   
• For ISDenver families, registration can be accessed through the Parent Portal.
   
• For non-ISDenver families, registration can be accessed here!
  • If you are not a current ISDenver family and are new to our Summer Camps, you will create a Veracross account during registration.
  • If you are not a current ISDenver family but did attend camps in summer 2022, 2023, or 2024, you can login and register using the Veracross account information you created last year.
     
• If a camp is full and you’d like to add your child(ren) to a waitlist, please email summerprograms@isdenver.org.

In the event of a cancellation, the following policies apply:

• Cancellations on or prior to March 31st will receive a refund, less a $50 non-refundable payment per canceled camp session.
• Cancellations made between April 1st - April 30th will receive a refund, less a $100 non-refundable payment per canceled camp session.
• Cancellations made between May 1st - May 24th will receive a refund, less a $200 non-refundable payment per canceled camp session.
• Cancellations made on or after May 25th are non-refundable. No exceptions.
• In the event that ISDenver has to cancel a camp for any reason, canceled registrations will receive a full refund. If there is a partial week closure, the refund will be prorated.

In the event of camp transfers, the following policies apply: 

• Transfers on or prior to March 31st, 2025 do not result in a fee. All funds will be transferred to the new camp and any difference in the cost of camp will either be refunded or invoiced. 
• Any camp transfers after April 1st will incur a $25 fee, but all other funds will be transferred. 
• All changes and/or late registration requests must be made two weeks prior to your child's camp week and will incur a $50 fee if the request falls within the two week timeframe (applies after 8:00am the Monday two weeks prior to camp). 

We will not make changes during your child's week of camp. 

• Drop off is from 8:15 - 8:30 AM at the Northwest Gate off Red Cross Way next to our Mary Louis Evans building. 
  • Drop off is from 12:15 -12:30 PM for half day afternoon camps at the Northwest Gate off Red Cross Way next to our Mary Louis Evans building.
     
• Pick up is between 3:30 -3:45 PM at the Northwest Gate off Red Cross Way next to our Mary Louis Evans building.
  • Pick up is from 11:30 - 11:45 AM for half day morning camps at the Northwest Gate off Red Cross Way next to our Mary Louis Evans building.
     
• After-care pick-up is anytime between 3:45 - 5:30 PM at the Northwest Gate off Red Cross Way next to our Mary Louis Evans building. Please proceed through the gate to your designated after-care pick-up location (see map) and a staff member will verify your SchoolPass information to pick-up your child(ren) from their classroom.
   
• In the event of an early pick-up or late drop-off, please proceed to the Welcome Center.
