• Hours: 
  • Summer Program Hours: 8:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
    • After-care runs from 3:45 -5:30 p.m. and is an additional cost.
       
• Location: 
  • The International School of Denver is located in the Lowry neighborhood, at 7701 E 1st Pl, Unit C, Denver, CO 80230. More detailed maps of Summer Programs and drop-off, pick-up, etc. to come!
     
• Ages: 3-14 
  • Children attending any 5-and-up camp must turn 5 by the start of that week’s camp.
  • All children must be potty trained. Read our full toilet training policy here.
     
• Cost: $425 - $625/week, depending on program chosen - see our offerings for specific details. 
  • Lunch and snacks are included in the cost of camp and are provided by Sage Dining. You are welcome to provide additional snacks for your child. All dietary needs and allergies must be noted in the Magnus Health forms.
  • After-care (3:45 - 5:30 PM) costs $110/week.

• Advanced registration is required for all summer programs. Registration closes two weeks prior to the camp start date (i.e., for programs the week of July 17, 2023, registration closes June 26, 2023.)
   
• For ISDenver families, registration can be accessed through the Parent Portal now!
   
• For non-ISDenver families, registration can be accessed on this page - check back on February 22nd for the link!
  • If you have not yet re-enrolled for next year/are not a current ISDenver family, you will create a Veracross account during registration.
  • If you are not a current ISDenver family but did attend camps in summer 2021 or 2022, you can login and register using the Veracross account information you created last year.
     
• Program costs vary based on child(ren)’s age and camp offerings. Please reference this document most up to date information.
   
• For information regarding cancellations or transfers, please see our cancellation/transfer policy section. Extenuating circumstances will be assessed on a case by case basis. 
   
• If a camp is full and you’d like to add your child(ren) to a waitlist, please email summerprograms@isdenver.org

In the event of a cancellation, the following policies apply:

• Cancellations on or prior to March 31st will receive a refund, less a $50 non-refundable payment.
• Cancellations made between April 1st - April 30th will receive a refund, less a $100 non-refundable payment.
• Cancellations made between May 1st - May 24th will receive a refund, less a $200 non-refundable payment.
• Cancellations made on or after May 25th are non-refundable. No exceptions.
• In the event that ISDenver has to cancel a camp for any reason, cancelled registrations will receive a full refund. If there is a partial week closure, the refund will be prorated.

In the event of camp transfers, the following policies apply: 

• Transfers on or prior to March 31st, 2023 do not result in a fee. All funds will be transferred to the new camp and any difference in the cost of camp will either be refunded or invoiced. 
• Any camp transfers after April 1st will incur a $25 fee, but all other funds will be transferred. 
• All changes and/or late registration requests must be made two weeks prior to your child's camp week and will incur a $50 fee if the request falls within the two week timeframe (applies after 8:00am the Monday two weeks prior to camp). 
• We will not make changes during your child's week of camp. 

Exceptions will not be made to this policy for circumstances related to COVID-19. Please be sure to review all information available on our website and thoroughly read all the agreements/disclosures provided during the registration process for specific information about our planning within these continuously changing regulations.

• Drop-off is from 8:15 - 8:30 a.m. at the Northwest Gate off Red Cross Way next to our Mary Louise Evans building. 
   
• Pick-up is between 3:30- 3:45 p.m. at the Northwest Gate off Red Cross Way next to our Mary Louise Evans building.
   
• After-care pick-up is anytime between 3:45 - 5:30 p.m. at the Northwest Gate off Red Cross Way next to our Mary Louis Evans building. Please proceed through the gate to your designated after-care pick-up location and a staff member will verify your SchoolPass information to pick-up your child(ren) from their classroom.
   
• In the event of an early pick-up or late drop-off, please proceed to the Welcome Center.
