Associate Director of Admissions, Katrina Austin, will present her subject matter expertise on an international stage next week in Rome, Italy.  The International School Institute, part of the Association of Independent School Admissions Professionals (AISAP), will take place October 28-29.

Austin’s address titled, “Parent and Community Engagement in International Schools” is a topic she is uniquely capable of discussing. As a parent-first-turned-Admissions professional at ISDenver, Austin has played an integral role in helping shape today’s parent experience.

Her talk will hone in on the beginning stages of the parent experience, focusing on onboarding and new family engagement, and how she has uniquely developed this crucial part of our Admissions experience. Austin hopes to inspire fellow Admissions colleagues with fresh ideas about belonging in a school community.

At ISDenver, Austin partners closely with both Academic and Administrative teams to ensure a cohesive parent experience steeped in our core belief that we are, first and foremost a global community, where every member is equally valued.
