The purpose of the International School of Denver Board of Trustees is to ensure perpetuation of a strong institution through upholding the mission, vision, and principles of ISDenver over the long-term, even as the students, families, and school faculty and staff change.
ISDenver is a nonprofit organization administered by a Board of Trustees. The Head of School is also an ex-officio voting member of the Board of Trustees.
